Años cortos, dias eternos

“Short Years, Eternal Days” covers three years in the lives of different women, including the director of this film, who tries to make an observational documentary about life after giving birth, while she discovers that this task, like motherhood, is more complex than she thought. Why do you want to make a film about motherhood, if you're not a mother? They ask the director about their characters. She decides to look for that answer by immersing herself in her own history, in the stories of the women in her family, from different generations; while wondering if after browsing this movie, she has the desire to be a mother or not.
